THE FIT FEMALE, LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS. NO VERBAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE FIT FEMALE, LLC SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE FIT FEMALE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FIT FEMALE, LLC, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE BY YOU ON ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE WEBSITE THAT RESULTS IN MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OR CORRUPTION OF FILES, VIRUSES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTUOUS ACTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FIT FEMALE, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Resale Prohibited
Products sold from the Website are designated for your personal use only and may not be resold. The Fit Female, LLC reserves the right to track order numbers and utilize other product identification methods for all products sold and compare them to those of products sold by others or registered by others. The Fit Female, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.
Order Cancellation
We may be unable to cancel or modify any purchase from the Website after your order has been processed. Hence, you might not be able to modify your order after you click on the “Submit Order” button.
Return Policy
In order to keep prices low on the Website, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the event that we ship you the wrong product(s) compared to the receipt of your original order, you may return the product(s). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and The Fit Female, LLC issuance of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All unauthorized returns of merchandise will be returned to sender and a credit will not be issued, unless otherwise specified in advance.
We will issue a credit to your credit card account for product returned with a proper RGA number. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Liability Release Agreement

1. I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in training activities that potentially involve the risk of serious injury or possibly permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions, or negligence, but the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the condition of the premises or any equipment. Further, that there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.

2. I further acknowledge and understand that The Fit Female, LLC and its representatives are not licensed dieticians and that any nutritional information or guidelines provided by The Fit Female, LLC carries no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties regarding safety or suitability for a particular purpose.

3. I hereby assume full responsibility for all the foregoing risks, known and unknown, and accept responsibility for the damages following any injury, permanent disability, or death.

4. I shall indemnify and hold The Fit Female, LLC harmless from any and all claims (including reasonable defense costs and attorneys’ fees) arising out of any bodily injury or death of any person, or damage to any property, to the extent caused by my negligence or willful misconduct.

5. The Fit Female, LLC cannot guarantee that its products or workouts will be safe, effective or suitable for everyone. For that reason, all such products and services, and the programs, techniques and materials embodied in such products and services, are offered without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, and The Fit Female, LLC disclaims any liability, loss or damages that may result from their use.
